Acceptance of terms and conditions
Abeem Live Technologies SARL there-after called "ABEEM" provides the Internet site www.livefactory.com there-after called "the Site" as a service for its clients and partners.
By using the Site you "the User" explicitly accept all terms and conditions related to its use, "the Agreement". If you don't understand or if you don't accept these terms and conditions, you must quit the Site immediately and stop using it.
ABEEM operates other internet sites that can be reached from the Site and which are subjected to their own terms and conditions agreement. We invite you to refer to the relevant agreement when leaving the Site to another ABEEM-operated site.
Copyright and intellectual property rights
The design as well as all resources contained in the Site, including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos, sound and video recordings, and data in general, are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property rights in France and internationally, and are the property of ABEEM and/or its partners. Nothing on this web site shall be construed as conferring any license under any of ABEEM's or any third party's intellectual property rights.
However, the User is free to browse, read, copy or print the Site resources in his/her company or for personal use as long as the goal is non-commercial / non-profit. Resource copies should retain their original copyright notice if any, and should not be modified in a way hiding or leading to a misinterpretation of their true origin.
All materials provided in our press kit are free to use in any press related situation such as articles or news reports. You may not use the ABEEM copyrights in any way as an endorsement or sponsorship. You do not obtain any ownership right, title, or other interest in ABEEM copyrights by downloading, copying, or otherwise using these materials. For any other situations such as advertising or promotional use, you must send a request to the ABEEM headquarters.
Any other use or modification of the Site content is not allowed without prior express written agreement with ABEEM. All requests regarding extra use rights should be sent to the ABEEM headquarters.
Our partners and users who publish their own resources on the Site with our consent retain their full copyright and intellectual property rights relative to their resources.
User comments and forum posts express the opinions of their authors and their publication on the Site does not imply in any way that ABEEM or its employees endorse them.
Any software available for download via the Site is the property of ABEEM and/or its partners and is protected by copyright laws. The terms and conditions of use, copy and distribution of these software are found in their respective end user license agreements (EULA).

Data and privacy policy
ABEEM policy about personal data collection, processing and storage as well as access to said data (including display, correction and removal) is explained in this document: Privacy policy. The acceptance of this Agreement implies that you also agrees to this privacy policy.
User accounts, user content and account suspension
The Site allows you to create a user account to get access to the Site parts that require a log-in (comments, support forums, web shop, etc) Duplicated accounts for the same user will be removed at our discretion. Comments and forum posts (and any user generated published content) will be moderated by ABEEM to filter spam and offending messages. User accounts involved in spam activities will be immediatly suspended without notice. Inappropriate behavior by legitimate users can also lead to account suspensions, at our discretion.
Sales and refund policy
The sales and refund policy apply to your ordering and sales of ABEEM software licenses through the Site, and constitute, together with the End User License Agreement that you accept before installing any ABEEM software, the agreement between you and ABEEM regarding the software licenses purchased. You accept these sales and refund policy by the sole fact of ordering on the Site. To make an order you must be at least 18 years otherwise, an express parental consent has to be sent to ABEEM before placing any order.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Site, and that ABEEM may charge you for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account.
Your online order of a software license is subject to acceptance by ABEEM. Your order may be refused for any reason.ABEEM reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales taxes such as VAT in European countries; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you download the product. All prices listed on the Site are VAT inclusive. We will charge taxes only in states where they are available. Your total price will be indicated on your invoice. ABEEM cannot exclude errors in price indication and reserves the right to correct prices if an error is detected. If a price of a software product you ordered is corrected, you will be informed of the correction by ABEEM within 7 days of your order and offered the opportunity to cancel free of any charges the order for said software product. Any amounts already paid will be refunded within thirty days after such cancellation.
The information contained in our advertising, brochures, other written materials, on our Site or provided by our agents or employees are an invitation to enter into negotiations. None of this information constitute a contractual obligation on our part to provide products.
Registration and full payment is due prior to delivery of ABEEM software product and the license key-file is needed to unlock the software product.
After acceptation and processing of your order by ABEEM, the software product will be delivered by making it available for download on the Site. The license key-file and its installation instructions will be send by email on the address you used for registration. You are required to perform the download and the installation of the software product before installing the license key-file.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your license key-file(s) and are fully responsible for activities that occur therewith. In case your license key-file(s) is/are found to be available or accessible to any third party on any website, FTP site or otherwise, your license key-file(s) will be invalidated and rendered unusable without any reimbursement or indemnification by ABEEM being due, not foreclosing the right of ABEEM to claim any damages it may have suffered by your breach of this agreement.
All sales of products are final.
You have a limited seven day right (counting from the day after you ordered the software product) to cancel the order and the agreement, if and only if, during product installer download, you can not complete the download. Refund requests must be sent to us by post to the address mentioned in the article "Legal mentions" listed below. Refund of the purchase price in case of failure of downloading software is our only liability and will be provided within 30 days of receipt of your mail request.
If you are a business or if the software products are used wholly or in part for business purposes, this sales and refund policy are not applicable. Please contact us to receive business agreement.
When you place an order with ABEEM, you provide information including your name, postal address, e-mail address and billing information which is necessary to complete your order. All this information is necessary to build your license key-file(s).
In no event, failure or delay by ABEEM in exercising its rights shall be regarded as a waiver or release of that rights unless expressly confirmed in writing. ABEEM shall have no liability for any failure or delay caused by force majeure.
Warranty disclaimer
ABEEM makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained on the Site for any purpose. The Site and all of the information it contains is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed.
In no event shall ABEEM be liable to any person or business entity for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or any other web site to which the Site is linked, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information even if ABEEM has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise.

ABEEM shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained in the Site and reserves the right to make changes without notice. User therefore acknowledges and accepts that the information published on this web site may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
